Kathmandu / An enriching two days of the learning experience at the Symposium on “Improving Learning” organized by Sanskriti International School in partnership with the International Curriculum Association (ICA), concluded on Sunday, May 8, 2022.
The presence of the honorable Chief
Minister, Rajendra Panday, during the opening ceremony and two amazing keynote
speakers, Ms. Sarah Blackmore and Ms. Reshu Aryal Dhungana, on both days of the
symposium was a wonderful opportunity to learn and grow.
The attendees got a
deeper exposure to the
International Curriculums - International
Early Years Education (IEYC), International Primary Education (IPC), and
International Middle Years Curriculum (IMYC) through various workshops led by educators focused on classroom practices
and sharing the practical experiences of working with the International
Curriculum.
An exceptional display of collaborative
effort, the symposium proved to be a fantastic
platform to gain knowledge as well as build connections among educators from
various schools around Nepal.
The success of the event also involved the support from 3Di School Nepal,
UnMath School, and VAAV - Socio-emotional Learning.
As a part of a series of professional learning opportunities leading up to the International Curriculum Conference going to be held in October 2022, the Pre-conference event that took place at the Aloft Kathmandu Thamel was a huge success.
